Ways to donate

We accept donations via PayPal:
Sign up at eScrip to support our educational programs when you shop- it costs you nothing! Our group number is 500018990.
The United Way Donor Designation Program allows you to support us directly. Just write in "The Foundation for Service Dog Support, Inc." on your donation form.
Bashas Shop & Give Program. Simply give the cashier our group ID# 25191 the next time you shop and this will be linked to your Thank You Card. Each time you shop the FSDS will receive a portion of the proceeds from each sale. The program ends March 31st, and re-starts September 1st. You will have to give our ID # again in September to re-link your Thank You Card to the FSDS for donations.
