This was developed by the U.S. Dept. of Justice Civil Rights Division / Disability Rights Section. This manual includes the new 2010 standards for access design and the timetables for implementation, as we all useful information on how to accommodate your customers with service dogs and disabilities. -

This video describes some of our programs and services. Our thanks to ASU student intern, Allison Cannon, for her hard work in putting this together for us. Service Dog Video
This was contributed by Stacey Ayub, a FSDS Evaluator located in Ventura, CA 93003. Stacey works with "Good Dog" Dog Training, and is a service dog trainer. This video of one of the dogs she has trained, Dodger, provides a definition of assistance dogs and demonstrates several service dog tasks in action.
